Modern center hall colonial located on rolling meadows. We provide 3 individually decorated guest rooms for your comfort. One with a Queen bed, two with a Queen bed & a Twin bed, all with private baths. Cable TV with VCR/DVD players, Individual Heat and AC, clock radio & telephone. Office, computer, wireless internet, FAX & copier available for guest use. Short drive to all four area colleges. Full country breakfast cooked to your order is included.

Day trips to 1000 Islands area, Lake Placid and Ottawa, Canada make us a perfect location for your stay. In the summer we have excellent golf courses and miles of navigable rivers. In winter we are close to winter sports areas with cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

We are active GEOCACHERS and can provide some nice searches...not sure what this is go to www.geocaching.com!

Children are always welcome. Pets are possible, but call first!
